This is a section that is still under construction, I may use it to write a little bit more in general about things that interest me such as the way I look at food: more looking into the macronutrients and how they affect the body, than looking at calories. I may also use this section to talk about other things related to our everyday life such as: speaking in public, how sport affects our bodies and minds, how to deal with anxiety...

Speaking in public is a very appreciated skill in an extense range of situations, however, it is also one of the most feared situations for many people.  Speaking in front of a strange mass of people is a skill one can learn to master with time and practice, but each one will need to find their own path to achieve success. I am here thus, to give some practical tips that I find very useful. 

Why you might want to

Something I believe particularly useful is finding a reason to "want to" speak in public. This will motivate you to put more effort in your speech.
