My Work in Physics
I will use this site to write about the work that I do as a physicist, but I will try to make it understandable to everyone. No lagrangians, group theory or complex maths. Just the simplicity of words and visual material.

As a physicist what I do is to search for an unknown component of our Universe: Dark Matter. I will try to explain what we think it could be and the different strategies and perspectives from which we could search for it.
How I search for Dark Matter.
The Visible Matter makes up for about a 4.6% of the Universe. Then we find other two components: Dark Matter, which makes up a 24% of the Universe, and Dark Energy with a 74.6%

What is the nature of this so-called Dark Matter? Why is there such a strong interest on this topic in the Physics community? Why are there so many projects such as the SuperCDMS, Super-Kamiokande and others involved in just looking for a particle to describe this component? Does it make sense to search for DM at a particle scale when the last evidence we have of it is at galactic scales?
